Ok, so the generic country breakfast goes like:
* eggs
* bacon
* toast
* orange juice
* go play outside
So, I've found a method to eat it -- and be healthy.
0.) Exercise
It's good to exercise before breakfast. When you are done doing this, your body is still in 'burn calorie' mode -- which means the food you are about to eat won't turn in to fat as easily because you body needs it for other things.
1.) Eggs
Ok, I read about some pre-done eggs (already scrambled) a mere 5 mintues ago. I haven't tried this yet. However, I have read that eggs aren't as bad for you as previously thought. The cholesterol it gives you isn't the bad kind (or well, a certain amount is, but not near what we thought it was). So, two eggs -- scrambled for me. I learned how to make them from my father. Crack two eggs in to a bowl. Throw in some salt and pepper. A bit of milk (let's say 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup)., beat the hell out of them... or mix them. Whichever makes you feel better. Get the fat free butter spray and spray it on the pan. Warm the pan until you smell the butter in the air, then throw in the eggs. The rest is common sense, I think. Move'm around, scramble them. Stop when they get the consistency you want.

2.) Bacon
Use turkey bacon. It doesn't taste as good as regular, especially seasoned, bacon -- but it does cook faster. What does that mean? Microwave it! Get a paper towel and fold it in half (long ways), place two strips on it. Get another paper towel, fold it and cover the bacon (it will sizzle, a lot). Mic it for 30-40 seconds (I choose 40). When done, flop it over, because the bottom towel will be soaked.

3.) Toast
Use wheat bread. Low sugar jam (I prefer strawberry... can you sense a pattern?). I like it toasted just enough to see a coloration difference. I went through 3 pieces before I could find the time I liked.

4.) orange juice
Go look at the V8 juices. they have fruit stuff now. It doesn't suck much. I've found I can chug it like I could other drinks, but that's good because it helps with the portion control. The smoothies tend to taste a bit like chalk, but the V8 Fusions are usually pretty good. These will provide many nutrients.
Get a strawberry and put it on your plate.
5.) Fruits?
The reason I munch on a couple strawberries while cooking is because it will fill me up a little bit such that I don't devour everything in an instant. Eat slowly. Eat two bites, stop for a few seconds. This also helps your blood sugar and thusly your metabolism. By the time you are done, you will have your day's worth of fruit.
The end results of this aren't as good as a regular heart clogging country breakfast, but it's close enough and far more balanced in nutrients.
For my next trick.. I'm going to figure out how to make regular oatmeal turn in to fruity oatmeal. I read that the fruit oatmeal's aren't as healthy, but you can make them such by putting in fresh fruit and milk (instead of sugar)... I'll try and figure this out.
